Aerospace Division

Our core competencies include light structures assembly from bench top assembly to large FAJ (floor assembly jig) assemblies.  With our in-house capabilities and our global supply chain we are able to maintain very fast production rates with high quality, high value products on a just in time basis (demand based pull production). 

Products and Services

We currently manage multi-level BOM’s, configuration control, tight tolerance assembly and special processes such as fillet and fay surface seal.  Our customers depend on our performance as our products are critical to our customers Quality and Delivery. 

Precision Structural Assembly

We offer 3- and 4- axis machining in house, and have a vast array of suppliers around the world for 4- and 5- axis machining.

CNC Machining

We are currently working with 64 aerospace suppliers in 4 countries.  We provide on-line access for all suppliers to view kanban and/or min/max inventory levels.

Supply Chain Management

We have extensive experience in managing high value projects from conception to full production—on time and within budget.
