Our leadership team has a broad base of experience with multiple OEM aerospace companies. We have a solid employee base that is focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.  Our employees take personal pride in meeting and exceeding customer expectations, as they understand their role in solidifying their security and financial well being.

Gregory D. Burger      CEO

20 + years experience in Aerospace operations management, including Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering and Production Management.  Greg has a BS in Business Management.

Kelly G. Vaughn          President

20 + years experience in operations with 10 years in Aerospace including Continuous Quality Improvement, Design Build Teams, Industrial Engineering and Production Management.  Kelly has a BS in Industrial Management and a Masters in Business Administration.

Erik L. P. Buras                        Quality & Supply Chain

10 + years of leadership and management experience, including quality systems and supply chain management. Erik has experience in operations management, project management, estimating and planning. Erik has a BA in Russian/Linguistics and a Global Management MBA.

Derrick A. Mortis        Operations

20 + years experience in the aerospace industry.  Derrick is a Veteran of Untied States Air Force.   He has held positions of Mechanic, Lead, Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, and Production Manager.  Derrick is a certified Lean Manufacturing Green Belt.
